Different scenarios on which to deploy our system

Apartments

Imagine having an apartment complex that provides Internet to all their tenants. Most apartment complexes allow tenants the ability to wash their clothing on property by proving one or two laundry rooms.

Tenants can have a WiFi Internet connection in their apartment but can also roam around the property with their unique voucher code. If tenants are enjoying the pool area they would be able to have a WiFi Internet connection. This also includes areas such as the gym, laundry room, and clubhouse.

The WiFi Internet service can be included in the rent by adding $25.00 monthly. The property management and/or owner will profit from providing this useful service to their tenants

Condominiums

Condominiums have one thing in common; the units inside the complex are owned by a different people but most of them managed by an HOA

This service is targeted to the HOA since all external structure of the units is a common area not owned by any of the unit owners. With that in mind the HOA can opt for us to deploy our system on the property which would give the everyone the ability to have WiFi Internet all over the complex including, pool area, clubhouse, and gym if available.

HOAs can decide if they want to offer the service for anyone that wants to sign up for it but it is best practice to include this service on the HOA fees by adding $25.00 per month to the HOA fees.

Our system can quickly become profitable for the HOA which in turn can use those profits for repairs/remodel/renew of certain aspects if the property, invest for other amenities, or simply pocket the additional earnings
